What is the meaning behind your tag line "At the intersection of Leadership and Life"?
There are moments in our lives when we are called to lead and moments when we are called to be led. We must intentionally prepare for both callings.
Who do you serve?
We serve individuals who work and lead across all sectors (public, private and social) and across all industries. They are entrepreneurs, executives, educators, politicians, and clergy.
Where have you had success?
We experience our greatest success with leaders whose world view is that life and their leadership role serve a purpose larger than themselves. They believe that leadership is service to others, a privilege, a trust bestowed upon them and a means of making a positive difference in this world. Conversely, we offer very little to those individuals who view life and their leadership role as being all about them -- their status, their compensation, their portfolio.
Do you specialize in certain industries?
No. We have found that the “people” or “leadership” issues facing leaders are the same regardless of industry. There is a level of human functioning that transcends industry. It is at that level of functioning that we guide leaders toward greater effectiveness.
Do you use methods and tools in your work? If so, which ones?
We do. But we don’t subscribe to any one school of thought. Instead, we use the ones that will be most effective in your specific situation. Our methods or tools are not the point. The point is producing the results you need.
